Fulbright Canada Distinguished Visiting Professorship, Yale University
The Fulbright Canada Distinguished Visiting Professor is hosted through a pre-arranged affiliation between Fulbright Canada and Yale University. Employing their specialization in Canadian studies, the scholar will conduct focused research on a topic related to Canada. The scholar will also teach a course with Canadian content and a regional focus on Canada. The scholar will be expected to engage in campus life and with students, faculty, and the broader community. They will be a vibrant contributor to the Canadian campus community.
The Whitney and Betty MacMillan Center for International and Area Studies at Yale is a hub for interdisciplinary research, teaching, and public engagement on topics related to international and area studies. The MacMillan Center offers a unique and interdisciplinary approach to Canadian studies, supported by its strong ties to the Canadian government, business community, and non-profit organizations. The Committee on Canadian Studies was established in the 1970s, giving scholars access to a rich set of resources, faculty and staff support, and networking opportunities with key stakeholders in Canadian and international affairs.
Specializations: Canadian Studies (scholars from all disciplines who study topics related to Canadian Studies).
