The Foundation for Educational Exchange Between Canada and the United States is a unique public sector/private sector partnership, which is supported by the Government of Canada, the Government of the United States, a dedicated group of private sector partners, and a dedicated collection of college and university partners from across both countries. Both governments are actively engaged in the work of the Foundation, and the programs that we offer. They are committed to increasing mutual understanding between Canada and the United States by enabling students and scholars in each country to experience the tremendous value of an academic exchange and, in the end, to contribute in important ways to contemporary public policy challenges.
We rely very heavily on our cooperating agencies in the United States (the Institute for International Education in New York and the Council for the International Exchange of Scholars in Washington) for administrative support.
